Une parenthèse italienne inoubliable !
Dès les entrées, la magie a opéré : un feuilleté doré à la poire, gorgonzola, miel et noix, à la fois fondant et croustillant, et une burratina crémeuse servie avec des épinards sautés sur une bruschetta… des bouchées qui laissaient déjà présager une soirée gourmande.
Puis sont arrivées les pâtes, d’une pure beauté à regarder : des fiore farcis à la ricotta et à la courge butternut, coiffés d’une fine tranche de speck croustillant, et des cappellicci roses, délicatement farcis à la ricotta, aux épinards et à la noix de muscade, enveloppés d’une sauce bolognaise riche et veloutée — tout simplement délicieux et raffinés.
Le propriétaire, sympathique et généreux, assurait lui-même le service : il nous a littéralement fait voyager en Italie.
C’était pour ma conjointe et moi un premier séjour à Bordeaux, et déjà une certitude : nous reviendrons… ne serait-ce que pour retourner dans ce merveilleux restaurant !Traduction
An unforgettable Italian interlude! From the appetizers, the magic began: a golden puff pastry with pear, gorgonzola, honey, and walnuts, both melting and crispy, and a creamy burratina served with sautéed spinach on bruschetta… bites that already suggested a gourmet evening. Then came the pasta, a pure beauty to behold: fiore pasta stuffed with ricotta and butternut squash, topped with a thin slice of crispy speck, and pink cappellicci, delicately stuffed with ricotta, spinach, and nutmeg, enveloped in a rich, velvety Bolognese sauce—simply delicious and refined. The friendly and generous owner provided the service himself: he literally transported us to Italy. It was my partner and I's first trip to Bordeaux, and we're already certain: we'll be back... if only to return to this wonderful restaurant!

Très bon restaurant ! Tout est fait maison (même le pain) et tout est délicieux ! L'endroit est calme, l'accueil sympathique, les plats sont aussi beaux que bons. Vins au top également. Je conseille vivement et je reviendrai sûrement !

La traduction du mot appuntamento est « le rendez vous ». C’est assez rigolo car nous avons mangé des plats cuisinés avec des aliments qui viennent de régions différentes de l’Italie. Le mariage des aliments est réussi et la satisfaction gustative a été au RDV. Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

The translation of the word appuntamento is "the rendezvous." It's quite funny because we ate dishes cooked with foods that come from different regions of Italy. The combination of foods is successful and the taste satisfaction was there. I will definitely come back.

Nous avons découvert ce restaurant le 13 juin et cela a été un enchantement gustatif. Nous avons été reçu avec attention et très bien conseillés dans nos choix. Tous les plats sont magnifiquement travaillés et nous ont offert un voyage en Italie, le temps d'un repas.

Excellent restaurant avec des produits frais , fato da casa! des saveurs raffinées….un intérieur convivial avec une ambiance chaleureuse. Je me suis régalée avec les médaillons d’aubergines, mais aussi avec les raviolis.Sans oublier le Spritz., le meilleur de Bordeaux, aussi bon qu’à L’Harris Bar de Venise..et je suis experte en la matière 😊

Très bon italien (qui change des traditionnels qu’on connait!)! Plats travaillés, associations originales. Portion généreuse. Un remerciement tout particulier au gérant, qui nous a servi avec beaucoup d’attention et nous a recommandé des vins délicieux! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Quel bon moment passé en famille ! Des plats recherchés, originaux et préparés avec d’excellents produits. Du très bon vin, conseillé par un patron accueillant et d’une grande gentillesse C’était la première fois dans ce restaurant, mais sûrement pas la dernière ! Grazie di tutto, tornerò presto !

Un des meilleurs restaurants italiens dans lesquels j’aie jamais mangé ! Cuisine authentique et délicieuse. Tout est fait maison, sélection de vins italiens très bons. Le serveur était extrêmement sympathique. Je recommande vivement !!
